It is important that we guide Members on how to ask Questions because this session is new and some Members may not have the benefit of knowing what exactly needs to happen. There is the aspect of HANSARD which also needs to be taken care of when a Member is asking Questions. For example, the former speaker who asked the Question did not cite the number of the Question and yet it is very important for HANSARD record. My wish would have been that you start with the number. For example, in this case, he should have started with Question No. 127/2018 because this is the number of this Question."
