    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me an opportunity to contribute to this very important Motion. It is true that in this country, a lot of skills in the informal sector are practised by people who have not gone through formal training. There is a lot of business going on in that sector. Training is available in particular centres in Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu and Athi River. If this training was to be devolved to the constituencies such that we have an institution which makes sure that the informal sector formalises their business, then it will reach many youths.
