    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for giving the opportunity to second the Motion. I thank the Chairman for a job well done. This is our second Report after the Nairobi County Constituencies Report. Based on the recommendations that are made in this Report, from the outset, I would like to second. First, with regard to ICT conformity on information back-up, we understand that the Office of the Registrar of Political Parties has already set up the ICT steering team that has come up with various plans, including the ICT Strategic Plan and the information conformity and disaster recovery plan.
