    "content": "recommend that to be factored in in the 2018/2019 Financial Year, so that it can be implemented. I request for the support of Members so that this recommendation can be implemented. Secondly, on the money that is allocated to the Political Parties Fund, the 0.3 per cent allocation is from the revenue collected by the National Treasury. Our realisation during the deliberations was that the Political Parties Fund gets only 0.3 per cent of the net balance after the interests of the Government are already met. They calculate the total expenditure for the political parties after factoring in the Equalisation Fund. That is a misconception that needs to be set straight. The Cabinet Secretary should release the actual 0.3 per cent allocation of the revenue collected and not the net balance. I hope the relevant Committee will look into this aspect as they plan to implement some of these recommendations. With those remarks, I beg to second."
