    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I would like to inform the Assistant Minister. When he says that the containers were stripped--- I worked in the port for almost 15 years. When containers are stripped, the normal procedures is that there has to be a police officer, Customs Officer, Kenya Ports Authority Officer, clearing and forwarding clerk and the owner of the goods. Could the Assistant Minister tell us in full details, during the stripping of these containers, who were the officers at that time? Why was this container taken to Pepe after being stripped at the port? Why was action not taken during the stripping of this container?"
