    "content": "(a) The Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC) has put all measures in place to administer the KCSE and ensure the security of the examination in the field. The KCSE examinations started today, 21st October, 2010, at 8.00 a.m. without any hitch. The Council has deployed over 130,000 field officers to administer the national examinations."
