Pursuant to Standing Order No. 43, I wish to make a Statement regarding the state of insecurity in Butere Sub-county. The level of insecurity in Butere is alarming, occasioned by the emergence of an armed group calling itself 42 brothers comprising of members aged between 15 and 25 years old."
