You want a referral, which is only done on Thursday or in any other manner prescribed. If you asked a Question, it would be referred to the Committee. If you place a Petition before the House, it will be done. If you want us to refer it to the Committee, then you will have to wait until Thursday for us to make that decision. So, for today, it is up to you to make a decision. As far as I am concerned, you look like you are more interested in the referral. So, we will leave it for Thursday. Is that okay, Hon. Mwale?
