    "content": "The Member has made a decision that he would want the matter to be referred to the Committee in charge of security. Unfortunately, we cannot do it in the manner he has requested. So, he will have to approach us in the normal manner, which I am sure he understands. So, we do not need to know the governor or otherwise concerned because the matter is already settled. When it comes back again we will, at that point, want to know all those details, if they are necessary. Let us proceed to the next Order."
