    "content": "twice, thrice or four times, the county assembly has tried to impeach the speaker. We need to know what the grounds are for impeachment of the speaker. This is so that it is not about witch- hunt or tribal lineage; it is about what the law says. I am happy that the County Governments Bill is putting in place various grounds for impeachment of a governor and a county speaker. This Bill should have come earlier. It has very good intentions for our people and counties. It will strengthen the various operations in our counties. Allow me to thank the Senate."
