    "content": "On the issue of deputy governors assuming office in the event of death or any eventuality of governors, I am of the opinion that we ought to be gender-sensitive on this issue because we are trying to be in support of the affirmative action. If the governor is of one gender, the deputy should be of the opposite gender. That way we shall create space for all the genders to be represented in the management of county affairs."
