"content": "When it comes to recognition of the office of deputy speaker of county assembly, at the moment we have MCAs who were elected as deputy speakers in all the 47 county assemblies, but these offices are not backed by law. So, on the expenditure they incur, the staff they employ, I am sure the Auditor General must have raised concerns on the same. So, it is in order that this office is recognised as one of the key offices in our county assemblies.
