    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I am grateful to my senior colleague, Hon. Washiali. I am amused as they say “the rich also cry.” I thought this is an isolated problem in the so-called Opposition zones that were denied the services. Nevertheless, I thank him a lot for bringing the Motion. We have horrifying stories from our people. It has got to a point I was considering looking for transport to be transporting the elderly people to the collection centres because the type of embarrassment and suffering they go through is not worth it. We need to improve the situation. The Committee and the ministry should do what it can to improve the situation. Thank you."
