    "content": "We want to see how these communities can live together. There are certain communities in this country that are farmers and others are predisposed to pastoralism. All those are noble income earning activities. We, as a Senate, must find a way to specially provide funds to certain counties to cater for grazing and water for their animals. For example, we may provide them with water pans. Sometimes we experience floods. After that, there is drought and animals die in large numbers. It is sad that in this country we are unable to harvest rain water."
