    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the other thing that this Bill addresses is the issues of children. There are instances where cunning people can decide to get information from children and use it in a manner that is not right. In a situation where children are used, the Bill says clearly that there is need for consent from parents. Bringing parents on board and informing them of the data that is being collected about their children is good. For example, it is wrong for a parent to read or see in the media their children being used as subjects without their knowledge. When consent comes from the family, it authenticates the data. That data even becomes verifiable and can stand the test of time."
