This kind of assignment being given by this Bill is a major one. It will require another body that will look at the quality and how subjects are being handled when data is being collected. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the agencies that will be allowed to collect data must be tested in advance for quality of researching, data collection and integrity.
