"content": "asked the Minister for Information and Communications:- (a) what plans the Government has to restructure the Postal Corporation of Kenya (PCK), given the increased investments in the state- owned firm; (b) whether he could confirm that despite the huge investment of over Kshs.120,000,000, records show massive drop in revenue. Whether he could provide revenue records of both postal and courier services for the last three years, and further confirm that in the now competitive ICT environment, the corporation is a viable undertaking; and, (c) how many employees are currently contracted in the corporation in general and Migori in particular and with what facilities, and whether there are plans to establish an ICT village in Migori."
