    "content": "In the recent past, we have seen people moving around with huge amounts of money in harambees. We have banking regulations which regulates how much an individual can withdraw from the bank in a day. For example, you cannot withdraw more than Kshs1 million or more than Kshs999,000 in a day. However, over the weekend, we see prominent people in this country moving around with bags and sacks of money. If a certain person can contribute Kshs10 million in one harambee, or buy goats worth Kshs14 million; we want to know how many days it took him to withdraw that money from the account."
