"content": "Let me also contribute in terms of the birth certificates that are required for schools. Since the Jubilee Government came into power, President Uhuru Kenyatta waived national examination fees for pupils in secondary and primary schools. That is not extended to foreigners. As we are aware, we also have foreigners who live in this country. If they did our examinations, they need to pay for it. For that reason, a birth certificate is required to establish that the person is a Kenyan."
