    "content": "I would also like to thank Sen. Kihika, who was the last to speak, for her usual way of managing the House. She is a leader who I have a lot of respect for. I thank her for her support in the Bills that have come to this House including this Bill and also ensuring that she is present to ascertain that the House business is conducted qualitatively. She spoke on the aspect of accountability in data misuse. I am aware that she was seeking not to go into what the other Senators had said. However, she flagged out the aspect of accountability and how this Bill will be an instrument of accountability for people with data processors, data users; we who are giving out this data or individuals. We take note of your input Sen. Kihika on ensuring that the areas around accountability and the misuse of data is taken care of."
