Speaker, I beg to lay the following Papers on the Table of the House: The Reports of the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs on its consideration of: (i) Petition by Mr. Geoffrey Otieno Ogola to amend the Constitution of Kenya to establish an elected Jury to end the exercise of sovereign power of the people by the Judicial Officers in contravention of Article1(2) of the Constitution.
