    "content": "Hon. Members, I would like to draw attention to the work plan of the Budget and Appropriations Committee which is very intense compared to other committees. The Budget and Appropriations Committee contributes as much as 70 per cent of the legislative agenda of the House. In February and March 2018, the Committee was considering the Budget Policy Statement, the Division of Revenue Bill and the County Allocation of Revenue Bill that were delivered to the House as per the timeliness without delay."
