    "content": "(i) Equal share for each constituency is Kshs29,957,545,800 divided by 290 constituencies which will be Kshs103,301, 882.07 per constituency. (ii) Emergency reserve for each constituency will be Kshs1, 664, 309,100 divided by 290 constituencies that will translate to Kshs5,708, 038, 933.45 per constituency. In view of the foregoing, I wish to inform this honourable House that the allocation for 2018/2019 Financial Year as per the supplementary estimates in the year ending 30th June 2019 is Kshs33, 286,162,000. This means that each constituency will receive Kshs109,040, 876. I thank you."
