Chairman, could I request the Chair of the Committee that when she is moving the amendments, even though you have encouraged her to be brief, for purposes of legislative records, that where you have more than one proposed amendments like the one we have just gone through, she speaks to them. This is because she has just spoken about definition of midwives and nurses and yet there was also constitution of a body. So, by the time we want to talk to it, we have already passed. So, Hon. Chairman even if we want to be fast, there is no Standard Gauge Railway (SGR) or a plane here. We are legislating."
