Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, the Schedule to the Bill be amended – (b) by deleting the proposed amendment to section 4(2) and substituting therefor the following new proposed amendment− s. 4(2) Delete and substitute therefor the following new subsection− “(2) The common seal of the College shall be kept in the custody of the Corporation Secretary and shall be authenticated by the signature of the Chief Executive Officer.”"
