Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, the Schedule to the Bill be amended - (g) by deleting the proposed amendment to section 8(4) and substituting therefor the following new amendment− s. 8 (4) Delete and substitute therefor the following new subsection− “(4) The Chief Executive Officer shall hold office for a term of four years and shall be eligible for reappointment for one further term of four years subject to satisfactory performance of duties.”"
