    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Chairman. I support this amendment. It is a very good amendment. A CEO should be given an opportunity to showcase the good things he would want to do and after a period of time is subjected to appraisal before re- appointment. If he does not do well, he should be sent home and somebody else should be hired. If he does a good job, he should be reappointed."
