    "content": " I beg to move: THAT, the Schedule to the Bill be amended – (r) in the proposed amendments to the Kenya Medical Training College Act (Cap.261) in the proposed amendment to section 17(4), by deleting the words “a college” appearing in the proposed new subsection (5) and substituting therefor the words “the college”. This is to correct a grammatical error."
