    "content": "I want to read what I propose to delete: “Notwithstanding subsection (1) the Board of Directors shall not make, amend or revoke any statutes relating to the functions and privileges of the Chief Executive Officer of the Academic Council without first ascertaining the opinion of the Academic Council.” As a Committee, we saw that this provision is not necessary in the Act as it restricts the role of the board as the governing organ with oversight role.
