    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I do stand to support the amendment by the Chair of the Committee. The proposal in the Bill would have made the Academic Council a judge in their own case, because you cannot ask them whether you need to do something that affects them and seek their opinion.
