    "content": "THAT, the Schedule to the Bill be amended- (m) in the proposed new section 30, by inserting the following new subsection immediately after subsection (4)− (5) The annual accounts of the Council shall be prepared, audited and reported upon, in accordance with the provisions of Articles 226 and 229 of the Constitution and the law relating to public audit."
