    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. The amendment to Section 5(1)(a) by the Leader of the Majority Party is similar to the Committee’s amendment. The only difference is that where we said that the chairperson should have 15 years’ experience in matters relating to healthcare and business management, he has added “or public administration”. I do not think we have a problem with that as a Committee. I drop my amendment so that we can adopt the one by the Leader of the Majority Party."
