    "content": "The amendment seeks to ensure that from among the three persons to be appointed by the Cabinet Secretary, one shall have a degree in pharmacy basically because of the functions of this institution. They deal with pharmaceutical products both in drugs and other items. Among the three persons the Cabinet Secretary will appoint, one must have that so that we can have expertise in the board in the person of a pharmacist."
