    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, the Schedule to the Bill be amendment – (f) by deleting the proposed amendment to Section 8(3)(b). The amendment is necessary to retain the current provision in the Act, which states that the CEO shall be the secretary to the board. This is in line with what we did in the other Act."
