    "content": "THAT, the Schedule to the Bill be amended – (j) in the proposed amendment to section 23(a), by deleting the words “a masters” and substituting therefor the words “a diploma” (k) in the proposed amendment to section 23(b), by deleting the words “a masters” and substituting therefor the words “a diploma” These amendments seek to eliminate the requirement of a master’s degree for eligibility of registration as a counsellor or psychologist. This is because the education qualification for counsellors and psychologists starts at diploma level. The holders are entitled to be registered under the Act."
