Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, the Bill is amended— (j) by inserting the following new amendment immediately after the proposed amendment to section 19(1)− (k) s. Insert the words “and in the official Council website” immediately after 22(3)(a) the words “publish in the Gazette” This amendment introduces an additional requirement that the registrar shall publish the names of all registered physiotherapists in the Gazette and on the official Council website. This will aid in facilitating easy access to anyone wishing to establish the registration status of a physiotherapist. I beg to move."
