Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, the Schedule to the Bill be amended— (i) by inserting the following new amendment immediately after the proposed new subsection 7(4)− New subsection Insert the following new subsection immediately after subsection (4)− (5) Pursuant to subsections (1) (c), (d) and (e),the organisations shall present two nominations from each of the categories, one of whom shall be appointed by the Cabinet Secretary taking into account gender balance, regional balance and skills mix."
