I want to make it very clear that this provision is going to read this way: A clinical officer licensed under this Act may with respect to patient— (a) examine; (b) diagnose; (c) order laboratory image investigation; (d) prescribe treatment; and, (e) perform procedures as per their scope of training and speciality.
