    "content": "The Committee’s amendment to this section seeks to strengthen the mandate of the board with regard to enforcement of discipline among the pharmacists and pharmaceutical technologists administratively. It provides for the establishment of a disciplinary committee to handle all disciplinary matters of persons licenced and registered under the Act. This is a standard provision for a professional body to provide for disciplinary mechanism for cases of professional misconduct."
