    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I beg to move: THAT, the Schedule to the Bill be further amended – (a) in section 2 by further amending the proposed amendment by deleting the definition of the term “Council” and substituting therefor the following new definition– “Council” means the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council established under Section 3; This is the definition of the term “Council”. The amendment is necessary so as to change the name from “the Kenya Medical and Dental Council” to “the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council”. This is necessary so as to provide clarity since the Council regulates medical practitioners and dentists."
