"content": " Thank you Mr. Speaker, Sir. I rise to support. Indeed, hon. Orengo has spoken at length about integrity, reforms and moving this country forward. I want to agree with him and I hope that he, others and all of us will not only speak the language of reforms but will practise reforms. I am sure that all Kenyans are expecting the leadership of this country to move forward, so as to get this country where it is supposed to be. Speaker after speaker has spoken about the issue of integrity and about Justice Lenaola, the other people involved in this process, about the Committee itself and others who are part of making sure that this country moves forward. I think that it is incumbent on all of us to put into practice everything we speak about in all places. Without doubt, the Judiciary is a key institution in the governance of this institution. Unless it is restored to what it should be, this country cannot move forward. We, as Members of this House, have a role to help Kenyans to make sure that this country stands proud and tall in the community of nations. We want this spirit to be present, not just in this particular issue, not just in us looking for people of integrity for the Judicial Service Commission, but also in other appointments that we make, either as a House or as individual leaders in our different capacities. We want to reflect this spirit. I support."
