I oppose this particular amendment because it is contrary to any best practise in the world all over as management changes. Remember that whoever is holding this position is not a technician. This is more of a management job and has nothing to do with a person being required to have a Master’s Degree in Pharmacy. In fact, if someone holds a Master’s Degree in Pharmacy, it means they lack managerial experience because they have been busy learning the technical and not management work. This is completely the wrong way to go. In fact, the standard rule all over the world is that to be a CEO of a hospital, you do not need to have a degree in medicine or related field."
