    "content": "The amendment introduces the term “pharmaceutical practitioner,” which means both a pharmacist and a pharmaceutical technologist. It also introduces requirements to be complied with in the case of premises used for pharmaceutical activities. Finally, the amendment enhances the penalty for contravention of the section and this will help us deal with the many pharmacies or the so-called chemists that are now in the market that are not regulated. This will sort out the quacks within this field."
