    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move: THAT, the Schedule to the Bill be amended - (n) by deleting the proposed New Section 25A: This is a total deletion. This was part of what the Speaker addressed. The ministry, in consultation with the Committee, proposes that this amendment be dropped since it touches on the function of the National Quality Control Laboratory. It is further proposed that amendments touching on the nature and functions of the National Quality Control Laboratory be dropped from the Bill pending further consultation with all the relevant stakeholders."
