The reason is that we want further consultations. When we amend the National Quality Control Laboratory, it will be because we have carefully and strictly examined the reasons. That is the whole purpose for it. Otherwise, we are not throwing it away. We want to put it in order. We want to put it in such a way that quacks will not be able to infiltrate the National Quality Control Laboratory."
