    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I want to support the amendment. For a long time, it is only degree holders who have been doing the wholesale of pharmacy. But in the real sense, the wholesale of pharmacy is more of business than dispensing. The dispensing part has always been left to diploma holders. So, there is no essence of leaving the technical part of serving the patients to diploma holders and when it comes to the business of selling drugs, which involves moving boxes from one place to another, you bar diploma holders. That is why we said that instead of leaving the business of pharmaceutical products to quacks, it is better we include diploma holders because they are the majority in the country."
