    "content": " On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I was the Attorney-General. The ruling was made ex parte. My then Chief Litigation Officer was in court; Justice Mbaluto refused to hear him and made that ruling. Had my Chief Litigation Officer been heard, that ruling would not have been there because what happened was in the exercise of my powers under Chapter 1 to ensure that what has been published is the correct version that had been passed by this Parliament; it is the correct version that had been passed by the Cabinet."
