    "content": "The ministry, in consultation with the Committee, and also through the letter brought by the Leader of the Majority Party, proposed that all amendments touching on the nature and the functions of the National Quality Control Laboratory should be withdrawn from the Bill pending consultations with all relevant stakeholders. As advised by the Leader of the Majority Party, within a month’s time, we shall bring back this issue to the House."
