    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I want to support the Leader of the Majority Party in this. It is not good for us to make laws that are going to be one-sided. This will make degree holders the ones the law is catering for. In this case, a dentist is not a diploma holder. So, when we just put dentist and we have not described who a dentist is, unless you want to say that a dentist will include a diploma holder and the council can cater for all.
