    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. I wanted to make two quick points. The first point has been made by the Deputy Whip. The intervention of this particular section is to assist the Committee because of their own admission that they had left out something. This then invites me to a more fundamental question. With all these interventions and corrections, are these amendments really ready for consideration? Secondly, is it in order for the Leader of the Majority Party to impute improper motives on some Members contrary to Standing Order No.87? The Leader of the Majority Party ought to withdraw those remarks."
